COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - More details emerge in the case against accused murderer Michael Curry.

A judge denied Curry's motion to have charges dismissed.

His attorneys made the request at a June hearing. They claimed his right to due process and a speedy trial had been violated.

Curry is accused of killing his wife and small children with a bush ax in 1985.
