Gunman holds up South Columbus convenience store

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  Police say a masked man robbed a South Columbus convenience store.

It happened Sunday night around 11 PM at the Circle K on Victory Drive.

Investigators say the gunman walked in with a handgun, held up the clerk and ran away with the cash.

He is described as being 5'2" wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt, black mask, jean short, white socks and black shoes.

No one was injured and no arrests have been made.
