Crime Stoppers: Liquor store armed robbery

COLUMBUS, GA - Crime Stoppers and the Columbus Police Department are seeking information concerning an armed robbery of a business on the 3800 block of Macon Road.

The armed robbery occurred on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 9:30 in the evening.

The victims reported that two unknown black males, one armed with a shotgun, robbed the business of an unknown amount of money, cigarettes and liquor, and then fled on foot.

The transactions were captured on the surveillance video and retained as evidence.

Suspect Information: #1 
black male, slim build, approx. 6'tall, 150 lbs, black knit cap, black bandana (with white print) tied on the lower portion of face, wearing a black long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and boots, no gloves and carrying a red bag. Weapon: sawed-off shotgun.

Suspect Information: #2
black male, medium build, 5'3" – 5'4"tall, 160 lbs, black wrap on head, black bandana across lower portion of face, black sleeveless shirt, black shorts, white shoes and white gloves. There was no weapon observed.

These bigger jellyfish are called cannon ball jellyfish. Luckily, these jellyfish do not sting, but we may see more stinging jellys sooner than usual.
