COLUMBUS, GA - The Columbus Police Department, Investigative Services are seeking information on vandalism to security lights on the River Walk.
The Georgia Power Company has made reports to the Columbus Police Department about several acts of vandalism in the area.
Vandals have damaged security lights in the River Walk areas of Bibb City and Lake Oliver. Additional damages have been discovered in the areas of Shirley Winston Park and Carver Park. The damage of this property is very costly, as well as a safety concern.
There is no suspect information at this time.
