COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -It was an emotional day for the family and friends of Jennifer Walton and Cameron Freeman, as they all came together to not just say goodbye but to celebrate their lives.

Folks filled Faith tabernacle community church and Great Shady Grove Baptist Church, to honor and pay tribute to Jennifer and Cameron. Their lives were cut short after the church van taking them from Columbus to a revival in Florida crashed last week.

Today people are mourning by simply speaking from the heart.

"Cameron was a gentle giant not only in size but he had a magnificent heat he was kind to all and caring, he would give you the shirt off of his back."

"Sweet, beautiful, warm, gentle, and kind are just a few words that comes to mind when I think of Jennifer, Jennifer was just a hard worker and committed herself totally to everything she did."

Though both Cameron and Jennifer are gone, the memories that they made will live on forever, through the people who knew them best.

"Her pleasant smile, her gentle demeanor will forever be etched in my memory bank."

"Cameron was the most kind hearted person that I've ever known in my life I hope to meet him up there someday."
