In August Della Milner was kidnapped, robbed and raped and has now fallen victim again. Wednesday night 80 year old Della Milner closed her shop for the night and went home.
She says she opened her back door, with money bags in hand, when she noticed someone followed her inside. She says he demanded she give him all her money. "I said wait I'll get it and he snatched the bag out of my hand and said I'll get it and then he gave me a shove."
That shove, caused Milner minor injuries to her arm, as she says she begged him not to hurt her.
He then ran off with her money, purse and gun. She estimates around 900 dollars was stolen.
"I had cash, my social security check he got it too, but I'm gonna make it."
Homer Harris, Milner's next door neighbor, says he tries to watch after Miss Milner every day, especially after the last attack...and the suspect is lucky he didn't hear it.
"It's a good thing I was in the back of the house because they would have me in jail this morning."
Harris says he believes the suspect was hiding around the corner of Milner's house where he was waiting for her to come in.
"Miss Milner described him as a shorter white male, heavy set wearing dark ball cap, dark shirt and dark pants." Said Major Mike Reynolds with the Valley Police Department
Della Milner says at a moment like that, you can't imagine all the thoughts that go through your head, even more so when you are a previous victim of rape and attack.
"I thought, I didn't know what he was going to do to me you know and I asked him not to hurt me....I tell ya, it's bad when you aint even safe in your own home, it's gotten terrible."
