Homeless man attacks another man with a bat

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  A homeless man is facing charges in Columbus after police say he attacked another homeless man with a wooden baseball bat.

It happened Tuesday night in the near the Riverwalk on 36th Street.

Police say 51-year-old Terry Davidson struck a 44-year-old man with a bat, leaving him with a broken finger and head lacerations.

Comer is listed in stable condition at the Medical Center.

Davidson was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
