COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  Columbus Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two men they say left a local teen paralyzed.

Joshua Leonard and Jarvis Alexander face aggravated assault charges stemming from a shooting downtown in August.

According to investigators, 19-year-old Calvin Grimes was shot several times in the torso on August 19th while he was sitting in a car on 3rd Avenue. Police say a bullet wound to Grimes' neck has left him paralyzed.

Police say they've linked Leonard and Alexander to the crime.

Anyone with information their whereabouts should call the Columbus Police Department's Robbery, Assault and Homicide Division at 706-653-3400.
