Said Elshihabi, MD is originally from San Antonio, Texas.
He attended Trinity University and graduated from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center - San Antonio. Following competition of his general surgery internship at the University of Arkansas, he remained in Little Rock and performed his residency in neurosurgery. He was selected as a Traveling Fellow in Pediatric Neurosurgery by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) / Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS).
Following competition of residency, Dr. Elshihabi joined Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine Associates in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Elshihabi is pursuing a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
