COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – The Columbus Police Department tells News Leader 9 the fourth suspect in the city's 14th murder has been arrested.

Thirty-six-year-old Deveka Wade was arrested Wednesday night in Union Springs, AL and has been extradited to Georgia.

He is connected to the November 9th murder of 52-year-old Kelley Leggett. Authorities say four suspects targeted the wrong apartment on Old Buena Vista Road -- killing Leggett and injuring two others. [Read: Murder suspects targeted wrong apartment]

Wade will be in court Friday morning for a preliminary hearing.

Last Friday, three other three suspects pleaded not guilty to the crimes.

Cleveland Gary, 23, received an additional 'no bond' for an outstanding unrelated aggravated assault charge.  Jarvis Alexander, 19, and Roger Scales, 24, represented themselves.

Each of the men will be held without bond on charges of murder.

A $25,000 bond has been issued for each of men for each subsequent charge of possessing a firearm by a convicted felon and aggravated assault.
