LANETT, AL (WTVM) – Three Lanett police officers have been placed on administrative leave, with pay, while the Alabama Bureau of Investigation looks into a possible brutality case.

Chief Ronnie Dollar says the action stems from a March 2010 incident where it's believed the officers used excessive force with a taser.

A shift supervisor is among those who responded to a disorderly conduct call, which sparked the incident.
