Gunman opens fire in FL school board meeting

PANAMA CITY, FL (CNN) -  A gunman interrupts a Florida school board meeting Tuesday shooting the members at point-blank range.

The whole terrifying incident in Panama City was caught on tape.

The video is disturbing.

The suspect, 56-year-old Clay Duke holding a gun as he stands before school board members and talks.

But he quickly grows agitated and points his gun at one of the members. Then, he opens fire, nearly hitting the man!

Watch as the board members frantically duck under the desk.

Amazingly, Duke missed each shot he fired, even though he was firing at close range.  A few minutes later, a security guard shot and wounded Duke, who then turned his gun on himself.
