MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Attorneys for Ronald Gilley, one of the eleven defendants in the electronic bingo trial have filed a motion to obtain additional information to support their case.
The motion was filed December 30 in Middle District of Alabama US District Court.
Gilley's counsel filed a motion to compel, in order to obtain the remaining five interview transcripts that fellow defendant Jarrod Massey had with the FBI. The defense has only obtained one of the interviews so far.
They also requested that they be given all information pertaining to the wire taps, all electronic communication between witnesses, agents, and prosecutors, the full Grand Jury testimonies, and all tape recordings with Houston County Sheriff Andy Hughes.
