Third suspect wanted in liquor store hold up

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – The Columbus Police Department tells News Leader 9 it needs the public's help locating a third man connected to a hold up at a liquor store on New Year's Eve.

Andra Brown and two others are accused of robbing B&C Beverage on 10th Avenue Friday morning. 

Earkus Porter, 23, was arrested Monday morning after turning himself in just hours after he was identified as a potential suspect over the weekend.

Akeem Johnson, 20, was arrested this weekend at his home. 

Police say Porter, Johnson and Brown robbed the B&C Beverage on 10th Avenue Friday morning.

We are told additional charges may be pending.

Porter and Johnson are slated to appear in court Tuesday morning.

Brown is described as black male, around 5'10", 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

We are told that he has at least 5 different tattoos:

  • 'Buck Wild Donny' on his right forearm.
  • 'Still Standing' on his left forearm.
  • Bullets on his stomach.  
  • A dog tattoo on his right forearm.
  • A tattoo of a cross on his left forearm.
