ATLANTA (AP) - A metro Atlanta mall facing foreclosure is scheduled to be auctioned on the Fulton County courthouse steps.
Union Station Mall, which was once known as Shannon Mall, is set to go to auction Tuesday after owner Lee Najjar lost control of the property.
The Union City complex is down to only two anchor tenants - Sears and Macy's - and lost its power last year after Najjar didn't pay off a tardy light bill.
A foreclosure notice in the Fulton County Daily report says the 764,000-square-foot mall owes about $15.8 million in debt.
