Auburn caps strong class with top linemen

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - National champion Auburn has finished off its highly rated signing class with pledges from a top offensive and defensive lineman and an in-state safety.

The class gained a consensus top 5 ranking with the strong finish.

The Tigers got signing day commitments from offensive lineman Cyrus Kouandjio, defensive tackle Gabe Wright and in-state safety Erique Florence.

Kouandjio is rated one of the nation's top 5 overall prospects. He chose the Tigers over Alabama and New Mexico, but unlike Florence and Wright hadn't sent in his letter of intent by Wednesday afternoon.

The signing class also features fellow offensive linemen Christian Westerman - a former Texas pledge - and Reese Dismukes, along with quarterback Kiehl Frazier and linebacker Kris Frost.

The Tigers lost running back commitment Brent Calloway to Alabama.
