TALBOT COUNTY, GA  (WTVM) – Students suspended from a Central Middle School in Talbot County after administrators say they smoked pot behind the school.

One of the boys, Jerel Farley, had his tribunal Tuesday.

His mother, Monique Bunkley, said her son was found guilty on all charges and is being sent to alternative school.

They presented a negative drug test to school officials, but it was not taken into consideration by the school.

Bunkley is planning to appeal the ruling in her son's case.
