COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – The judge overseeing the Columbus bush-axe murder case says he has strong concerns about a search warrant of Michael Curry's home.
Curry is accused of slaying his pregnant wife and two young children inside their home in 1985.
Investigators were looking for a letter Curry's ex-wife said she'd seen from Curry's mother saying after she died, only one other person would know about the killings.
Judge John Allen put off ruling on whether the evidence officer seized from Curry's home will be used in his trial which is to begin next month.
