If you haven't heard the term "prediabetes" yet, chances are you will very soon. It's a new term being used by the American Diabetes Association and the Centers for Disease Control. It was recently revealed that 79 million Americans have prediabetes and the rise in adult obesity will only add to the total. So what exactly is prediabetes and are you at risk?
