BEAUREGARD, AL (WXTX) – More than 300 people were expected to come out Sunday afternoon to the third annual Carly Classic Frisbee Golf Tournament in East Alabama.
The fundraiser in Beauregard is held every year to help raise awareness and to help the American Cancer Society, as well as Carly Parker and her family. Ten-year old Carly was diagnosed with childhood cancer about three years ago.
Traveling for treatment and the treatment itself is very expensive, and those who came out were more than happy to contribute to the cause.
Carly and her family are thankful for the support.
