LAGRANGE, GA (WTVM) - A LaGrange television station owner was arrested again on charges involving child pornography.

Peter Mallory, 62, was arrested Friday and charged with 30 counts of depicting minors in a sexual manner.

Last week, authorities executed a search warrant at Mallory's home and TV-33.

He was arrested Friday at his television station. He appeared in court the same day and received a $130,000 bond - $5,000 for each count.

Mallory was arrested last month on similar charges as well as tampering with evidence.

The LaGrange Police Department's Internet Crime Department tells us on March 1, their probe led them to TV-33 located at 211 Fort Drive.  Detective Christopher Pritchett got a tip from Child Protection Services. "It is an under cover computer that pretty much alerted me that there was child porn at a particular IP address," said Pritchett.

The IP address lead them to TV 33, the local TV station in LaGrange.

Investigators say a scan of seized hard drives revealed several images of child pornography.

Once the investigation is complete, the case will go to the District Attorney's office.

According to the Georgia Code, Mallory could face five to twenty years behind bars for each count of child pornography.
