PICTURES: Gunmen rob north Columbus bank

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – Columbus police still need the public's help finding gunmen who robbed a north Columbus bank.

The BB&T bank located at 6100 Whitesville Road was held up by two men armed with black colored semi-automatic handguns Monday afternoon.  

They entered the bank and took an undetermined amount of money.

The suspects left in a 90s model GMC or Chevy two-toned dark blue/light blue pickup truck with a Georgia tag featuring the first two letters "BM". Witnesses add the get-away vehicle was also "beat up" and not running well.

We are told the suspects headed north on Whitesville Road.
