Baltimore police make arrest in Opelika man's death

BALTIMORE, MD (WXTX) - Baltimore police have arrested a man for a fatally stabbing an Opelika man in the neck at the Inner Harbor after the July 4th fireworks.

News Leader 9 has learned that 32-year-old Marcus Harris turned himself in Saturday.

He is charged with murdering 26-year-old Joseph Calo of Opelika after they got into a shoving match in the July 4 crowd.

Police released a cell phone photo of Harris to media on Tuesday.

A 4-year-old boy also was wounded by a bullet after the fireworks in a shooting near the Inner Harbor during the July 4th celebrations.
