COLUMBUS, GA - The Muscogee County Grand Jury has indicted Ricardo Strozier on several charges, including the home invasion and murder of Heath Jackson from September 7, 2010. David Heath Jackson was a popular radio personality on WBOJ 88.5 The Truth.

Strozier was also indicted for armed robbery and burglary of Joseph Allen on August 6, 2010 and the burglary of Sherrie Wallace on August 11, 2010.

District Attorney Julia Slater announced in a press conference Tuesday afternoon that she will be seeking the death penalty in this case.
