COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Police need your help finding two suspects who robbed a Columbus convenience store at gunpoint.
The two men are still on the loose and are considered armed and dangerous.
These men have been on the run for more than four months.
The two men robbed the Circle-K Store on Manchester Expressway in the early morning hours of March 24th.
Both men armed with handguns pointed their weapons at the clerk demanding money from the register.
But before leaving the store police say the men took several packs of cigarettes and one of the suspects used his weapon for more than just scare tactics.
"That person may have this time fired a shot up in the air, next time he may shoot the clerk or someone else who's passing by. It's important that we apprehend this suspect because he is armed and dangerous, " said Sergeant Donald Bush, Columbus Police Department.
Both men fled the store on foot and are still on the run, but police say they are confident they'll find them, with the public's help.
