MANCHESTER, GA (WTVM) – News Leader 9 has learned that a Manchester woman is in jail for killing her boyfriend.
Jameil Nicole Gamble, 18, is charged with the murder of her boyfriend.
Manchester police responded early Wednesday morning and found Andreco McAfee stabbed multiple times. He was taken to the Medical Center in Columbus, but died late Wednesday night from his injuries.
Officials believe Gamble came to McAfee's home and they began arguing. Gamble stabbed McAfee with a knife multiple times in the presence of one child.
Gamble was arrested and charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, cruelty to children 3rd degree, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime and aggravated stalking.
Manchester Police have asked the GBI to help in the investigation.
GBI Agent Rodney Wall said McAfee had a temporary protection order against Gamble.
