COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Columbus police are searching for the man who used an assault rifle in a weekend holdup.
It happened on September 10th at the Shell gas station on Wynnton Road.
Investigators say the suspect used an M-16 in the holdup.
The gunman is described as a black man in his late 20s or early 30s, roughly 5'10 and weighing around 160 pounds. He was wearing diamond earrings, black clothing, a dark booney cap and black shoes at the time of the robbery.
