EDITORIAL:  On September 26, WTVM will become part of the National Bounce TV network. Bounce TV will be the first 24/7 digital multicast broadcast network created exclusively for African Americans.

The programming mix will include movies, TV series, documentaries, specials, inspirational programming, and other original content.

Live sporting events will also be featured, including broadcasts of football and basketball games from the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, a league that includes several historically black colleges and universities.

Bounce is backed by such prominent African Americans as past Atlanta Mayor and United Nations Ambassador Andrew Young and Martin Luther King III.

You can see Bounce beginning September 26 on WTVM 9.2 off air, channel 108 on Charter cable, 170 on Knology and 81 on Mediacom.
