Auburn's comeback against Clemson triggered trend

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - It all started with Clemson. That's the game last season when Auburn first rallied to win after facing a double-digit deficit.

Auburn did it three more times en route to the national title and has already done it once this season. Now, the two Tigers teams meet in a rematch at Clemson on Saturday.

Auburn quarterback Barrett Trotter calls the 2010 meeting "one of the big turnaround games for us."

Down 17-0 and getting thoroughly dominated, Auburn rallied to win in overtime. That knack has been a key component in preserving the program's current 17-game winning streak.

For Clemson, the defeat touched off a three-game losing streak en route to a 6-7 season. Right tackle Landon Walker said the game "wasn't really good for our attitudes."
