Chizik not optimistic that WR Blake will play

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Auburn coach Gene Chizik says he's "not hopeful" that wide receiver Emory Blake will play Saturday at No. 10 Arkansas.

Blake hurt his right leg after landing awkwardly in the third quarter against South Carolina. Chizik says he isn't ruling him out but the 15th-ranked Tigers are preparing as if Blake won't be able to play.

Blake is leading the Tigers with 19 catches for 333 yards and four touchdowns. Fellow receiver Trovon Reed is also out for his second straight game with a shoulder injury.

Chizik hasn't specified the nature of Blake's injury.

Chizik says that leaves veterans Quindarius Carr, Travante Stallworth and DeAngelo Benton and freshman Quan Bray are possibly in line for bigger roles.
