COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Here are some of the stories we're following this morning.

We have an update on the three people arrested for murder in Sumter County, Georgia. A trio of siblings are in custody, the youngest is 14-years-old. Police believe the brothers are responsible for killing a Hispanic man they still haven't identified. A passerby spotted the man's body on the side of a road over the weekend and called police.

Despite the uproar, the president of Georgia's Shorter University is defending a recent decision to require employees to sign a personal lifestyle pledge. Under the new policy, employees must agree to several mandates including: not using or selling illegal drugs; not having premarital or homosexual sex; and not drinking in front of students.

Halloween is behind us so what should you do with all that leftover candy? Don't eat it. Believe it or not, you could actually make some money off of it. We'll tell you all about candy buy back programs that could score you cash or discounts in your community.
