Fetus Toys Frighten Parents...Extreme Couponing, Extreme Savings

Halloween is supposed to be scary, but it was a fright of a different kind for hundreds of Georgia children. This after they ended up with plastic toys in their bags that looked like a 12-week-old fetus. Some families say it's a pro-life message gone too far.

First the Fountain City is called broke by the Daily Beast, now a top, water conservation group has named the Chattahoochee River one of the dirtiest in the state. The group sited a lack of EPD monitoring where Peachtree Creek flows into the river, carrying treated sewage water from the Atlanta area. The Chattahoochee River Warden Roger Martin says while the river has its problems, it's not unsafe.

Everyone knows coupons can save you money at the store. But some people are taking it to an extreme, and buying hundreds of dollars worth of groceries for just a few bucks. We'll show you how.
