Columbus author donates book proceeds to animal shelters

One Columbus author is using her talents to support animals in need. Veronika Nunley just released her second book entitled "Jump Start Your Canine Care" in which she helps readers prepare to be pet owners and guides them through companionship.

Not only is she using her experience and knowledge to help others, but 100 percent of the proceeds from her books will go to fund humane societies.

She told News Leader Nine, "Anything I generate from this book goes to organizations that are in need. I try locally and nationally as well. A lot of groups need help and support from us so this is just another way I can help."

Veronika Nunley says she donates to PAWS Humane along with nationwide animal support groups.

You can purchase Nunley's book through online bookstores like Amazon and Barnes and Noble. It is also available for e-readers.
