LaGRANGE, Ga. (AP) - LaGrange police are searching for man who fired into a home with a rifle, prompting a gun battle.
Four residents told police that a man tried breaking in early Friday and fired shots at the house. The LaGrange Daily News reports that two residents inside the home returned fire, and the intruder fled.
No injuries were reported. Police temporarily blocked off the street and used police dogs in an attempt to locate the suspect.
