COLUMBIANA, Ala. (AP) - The National Weather Service says an EF0 tornado touched down in Columbiana, snapping or uprooting about 50 trees and damaging two houses.
The tornado hit about 1:40 p.m. Thursday with winds of 70-80 mph. The maximum width was 150 years.
The tornado was part of a line of thunderstorms that moved through Alabama on Thursday afternoon.
