Editorial: Red Cross Blood Donation

EDITORIAL:  There are a few things we take for granted in the United States. One of them is that if we are injured in an accident when we go to the hospital. The doctors and nurses will have the blood available to help us.

The Red Cross is working hard to make sure that continues but they are struggling right now.

They say they've seen a 20 percent drop in blood donations in the last three weeks.

They need your help.

To find out where to donate you can call the Red Cross at 1-800-RED-CROSS or you can just drop by the Columbus Blood Donation Center on Veteran's Parkway.

It is open Monday through Saturday.

Please help the Red Cross save lives. You just might need their help one day.
