editorials and news content. We really appreciate the feedback; it makes us a
better organization.
I enjoy being able to talk to viewers and to share
opinions and ideas. When you have a complaint and we are able to discuss the
issue we almost always find the answer somewhere in the middle and are able to
reach an understanding.

can't respond or correct if we can't talk about a situation or issue. It does
