Columbus (WTVM) - For the first time, Columbus will host the Crimson Caravan. The Russell Muscogee Chapter of the Alabama Alumni Association will host Nick Saban and the Crimson Caravan on May 17th at the Columbus Trade and Convention Center.
Columbus is just one of nine stops on the month long tour of the Southeast. The Crimson Caravan is a sit down dinner and speech by Coach Saban and other members of the Tide Alumni Association.
In August the Russell Muscogee Chapter of the Alumni Association hosted Coach's wife, Terry Saban, at Green Island Country Club in connection with the Nick's Kids Charity. The Alabama Alumni Association was so impressed with the turnout, they decided Columbus was a good place to host the Crimson Caravan.
Tickets for May's Crimson Caravan are $50 each and initially may be purchased on the University's website by members of the following organizations: TIDE PRIDE, Crimson Tide Foundation, A-Club, Red Elephant Club and the National Alumni Association.
