A Look Ahead to 5 & 6

Good evening!

Here's what we have tonight on WTVM at 5 and 6:

We have stunning new images out of Alabama of destruction from the killer tornadoes that flattened hundreds of homes. We go there to see the massive recovery efforts.

The only private school in South Columbus is in danger of closing its doors soon. We'll explain why, and how you can help.

Meanwhile, there's about to be a groundbreaking for a new middle school in the Chattahoochee Valley. News Leader 9's Curtis McCloud goes to find out why the new school is in Midland.

Polls in auburn close in a few hours, for a vote on a 5 mill tax referendum. You'll hear from voters about the city getting four million dollars for additional downtown parking and a new senior citizen center.

See ya tonight at 5:00 and 6:00!

Thanks for watching,

Jason Dennis
