VALLEY, AL (WTVM) – Three East Alabama men are in jail in connection with a weekend shooting.

Eighteen-year old Cameron Woody, 19-year old Javontae Hollaway, and 21-year old Antoine Heard all of Lafayette are being held at the Chambers County Detention Facility.

They each face one count of attempted murder and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle.  Police say further charges are pending.

The arrests stem from a shooting at a party at the Fairfax Bypass that wounded two men from Lanett.

Valley's assistant police chief tells News Leader 9 that the suspects were identified by witnesses.

The motive is still unclear.
