TROUP COUNTY, GA (WXTX) - A man in Troup County was arrested for possessing a mobile methamphetamine lab.
Deputies arrested Christopher Broach, 41, on Monday after they recognized he was known to be wanted by the sheriff's department.
The rolling meth lab was dismantled at the scene, due to the risk of a possible fire while being transported. A fire started by one of the containers being dismantled was quickly contained and extinguished without further incident, by the Troup County Fire Department.
Broach was then transported to the Troup County Jail.
He is presently being held on charges of violation of family violence orders, manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
