COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -
One of five men who police say targeted the wrong apartment in a murder is now behind bars.
Tevin Gary, is last of the five to be arrested in the November 2010 murder of Kelley Leggett.
Police have already arrested Daveka Wade, Rodger Scales, Jarvis Alexander and Cleveland Gary.
Investigators say the men tried to force their way into an apartment on Old Buena Vista Road to rob the residents – firing a shotgun into the home.
The gunfire struck Leggett and his brother. Legget later died from his injuries at the hospital.
