Police still searching for answers in mother and son's death

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Four days after a Columbus mother and her six year old son were found shot to death, police still are searching for answers in the case.

Forty-seven-year old Tina Green Hall and her son Jeremy were found dead in their home on Howe Avenue last Friday.

Autopsy reports were expected back Monday however investigators tell News Leader 9 that it could be awhile before more details can be revealed. Over the weekend, News Leader 9 spoke to Vince Harris, a man police are calling a primary person of interest in the case. Harris says he discovered both bodies when he came home from work.

Both bodies have been released from the state crime lab. Family members tell News Leader 9 that funeral services for both Tina Hall and her son will be this Saturday at South Columbus United Methodist church on Benning drive.
