Chardon High School healing and transition plan

CHARDON, OH (WOIO) -

As part of the healing process for students, parents, faculty and staff, Chardon schools will reopen school facilities according to the following schedule.

Thursday March 1

  • Faculty and staff are to report at regular times at all district school buildings. Parents are students are invited to return together to their respective schools at the following times:
  • High School: 10-3
  • Middle School: 8-11
  • Elementary Schools: 1-3
  • Counselors will be available in all buildings.

Friday March 2

  • All Chardon Schools reopen for students at regular times. Again counselors will be on hand in all school buildings.

    16-year-old Raven Little-White died in August, after a boating accident on Lake Waccamaw. The medical examiner’s report lists “drowning” as the probable cause of death, but a toxicology report that came back later revealed Raven had actually succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning.
