Authorities have confirmed that a missing Lanett area man has been found in a shallow creek.
Lanett police confirm they believe the body of 67-year old William Wright was found Tuesday afternoon in a creek along Highway 29, near the police department.
There is no foul play suspected. However, the coroner says the body is being sent for an autopsy.
Family members tell News Leader 9 Wright went missing last week. He's known to have several health problems including seizures, diabetes and possibly dementia.
