Three inmates who escaped from the Russell County Jail Thursday night are now behind bars, but the three people who helped them in their attempts are joining them.
Loretta Singletary, Christopher Barringer and Audrey Brown have all been arrested and charged with facilitating.
Barringer, who is the brother of escaped inmate Adam Barringer, actually drove the escaped inmates from one location to another.
Singletary and Brown assisted with housing, clothing and furnishing a weapon to the three escapees.
During a press conference Monday morning, Sheriff Heath Taylor also described step-by-step how the inmates escaped and exactly how they were helped. He also talked about addressing problems at the jail, "I will address the problems our employees had. The community needs to understand that it will [100%] be fixed."
Adam Wesley Barringer, 30, John Curtis Hendrix, 27, and Charles Smith, 41, were captured Friday, just hours after their breakout from Russell County Jail Thursday night.
