ATLANTA (AP) - Georgia officials are kicking off a five-month fishing tournament.
The Department of Natural Resources announced Tuesday that the "Bobberthon Express" tournament will run through Oct. 1.
Anglers get five months to catch tagged bream in any 4 of the designated fishing areas and turn in those fish for a prize.
The fishing areas include the Dodge County, Ocmulgee, Hugh Gillis and Flat Creek lakes. The tags on the fish are colored and marked "Bobberthon."
