SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

There are new developments in the lawsuit against Paula Deen and her brother, Bubba Hiers.

Lisa Jackson, a former general manager for Uncle Bubba's Seafood and Oyster House, claims Hiers created a hostile work environment, including sexual innuendos and physical intimidation.

In the newly amended lawsuit, Jackson claims "violent, sexist and racist behavior by Hiers, including sexual harassment of Jackson and other female employees and assault and battery."

Jackson worked at Uncle Bubbas for five years.

There is no word yet from the Deens.
