Brown Ave. murder suspect appears in court, new details unveiled

New details were presented in Recorder's Court about the April 21st shooting death of Antonio Robinson.  One of the suspects, Robert Miller, appeared in court for that murder charge. The other suspect, Javonta Harris, has not yet been arrested.

Police testified the victim, Antonio Robinson, and the suspects, Miller and Harris, got into a verbal argument over a group of women while leaving Club Cream. Police say the suspects then got into their car and began following the victim and his two cousins in their car.

Testimony revealed the Miller and Harris began firing rounds into the victim's car on Brown Avenue - striking the driver, Antonio Robinson, in the head. The shooting caused a wreck at which time the suspects got out of their car and continued to fire shots at the victim.

Robinson died from a gunshot wound to the head.

Miller was ordered to be held in the Muscogee County Jail for the charges of murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
