COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -
Two people are in stable condition after they were shot Tuesday morning at an apartment complex located in the 2000 block of Wynnton Road. The victims, ages 21 and 32, lived in separate apartments. Police are not releasing the details of their injuries.
Witnesses describe the suspect as a black man, around 5'7"and between the age of 25 and 30. He is said to have a medium to muscular build, dark complexion, short-hair and unshaven facial hair. It's believed the suspect drove off in a small red SUV.
Witnesses told us they heard four to five shots a little after 11:00 a.m. No other details about the incident are known at this time.
